Your bookkeeping subscription provides:

• Setup and transition of spreadsheets (or other service) to QuickBooks Online or Xero, so you may easily maintain your books in the future.

• Keep your books balanced by recording adjusting entries on a daily or weekly basis, so you can stay up-to-date with where your business is at.

• Record financial transactions as needed. 

• Help manage accounts: Track accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Reconcile bank statements: Ensure that business records match bank statements to identify discrepancies and correct errors.

• Maintain ledgers: Organize and update general ledgers and subsidiary ledgers to track all financial activities.

• Prepare financial reports: Generate balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports for internal and external use.

• Generate documents for tax preparation: Prepare tax-related documents, including sales tax reports and income tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.

• Manage cash flow: Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available for business operations.

*If you decide to cancel after the start of the month, you will be billed for the full monthly service.  Review the full details when I submit the scope of work to you.  My standard hourly rate is listed below, and the monthly flat fee can be negotiated based upon the continued work you need done.
